Financial Policy

Payment is expected at the time of service. We gladly file insurance for you, but please be aware that insurance is a private agreement between you and your carrier. You are responsible for any charges incurred in our office. We try to estimate what your individual plan will cover. Until payment is received from that company, we have no guarantee. A statement will be mailed to you for any unpaid balance after the insurance payment is received.

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. In place of in-house financing, we offer affordable payment plans through Care Credit.
